Don't have a clue about the realtor.

He asked how I found him. I told him we liked re-max's ad's, and he was in the phone book. Ha Ha, he made the decision not to advertize in the yellow pages for the coming year, and since then he has had at least half a doz. people tell him they found him in the yellow pages.

He drives a mercades, and parked it on the street.

There are 27 houses for sale in this neighbor hood. Says him. Some are forclousers, and about half are 80-95 thou range.

have to paint everything. white/netural. don't have to paint my bedroom. have to paint davids blue room.

take the carpet up in the boys room.

clean up the screen door but don't have to replace.

do the kitchen floor (duh)

take branches down to make clearance.

clean windows and leave shades up when showing the house.

here is where he pissed me off.

He kept saying we had been here a long time. Lots of stuff accumilated. give it to good will. get rid of it.

what he should have said/done is..............

pack it up and put it into storage. Live like a nun/in a meusum for a few months. He did say if we could do with out it for a few months, get it out. open the house up.

Do not tell me to get rid of stuff and give it to good will. are you their ambasoador or something? The couch is the newest thing in the house. We do not own alot of stuff. (except the books, and we don't go there, ok?)

What has me in a quandry is that he did not mention:

the seams in the wallpaper in the den.

second trip through the house he mentions that it would help to redo the big bathroom.

did not say anything about the gutters or that the outside needed painting.


and if everything needs to be white in this house to sell, does that mean everthing in the house we buy is going to be white? More painting?
